A patch test is required prior to your appointment.

A booking fee of £50 will be taken to secure your appointment, this will go towards your treatment cost, this booking fee is non refundable and non transferable.

The  Consultation (via Zoom) fee will go towards your treatment, should you decide to go ahead at the end of the session. This fee is non refundable and non transferable.

If rescheduling is required please notify us 72 hours prior to your appointment. 

No shows, cancellations and rescheduling with less than 72 hours notice will forfeit the booking fee and another £50 fee will need to be taken, upon rebooking.

After two rescheduled appointments the full treatment cost will need to be paid to secure your third appointment.

Late arrivals (over 15 minutes) may not be seen and will need to reschedule for another time.

Must be over 18 years of age, cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding.

Must advise of any allergies and medication you are currently taking.

If you have had any previous semi permanent makeup, images must be sent to me for assessment prior to booking.

Must advise of any recent vaccinations.

You must ensure you are available for your 4-6 week top up, after this time you

risk being charged the pigment top up price.

If you have a history of cold sores please consult your doctor for anti viral medication prior to booking as treatment can trigger outbreaks (Lips).

Treatment area must be makeup free.

No eyelash extensions, glue or tint must be present (Eyeliner).

Payments are non refundable.

Please note  Saturday and Thursday evening appointments are reserved for treatments only.

Saturday appointments are available by request only, please contact us with your preferred date and time and we will do our best to accommodate. ​​

Must advise of any recent vaccinations.

Must be over 18 years of age (micro-needling facials only).

Late arrivals (over 15 minutes) may not be seen and will need to reschedule for another time.

To reschedule your appointment I must be notified 72 hours prior.

No shows and cancellations with less than 72 hour notice will need to pay the full treatment cost to secure a second booking, this fee is non-refundable in the event of a second no show.

After two no shows/rescheduled appointments you may be refused service.
